Returns and Exchanges:

You can choose to return any product purchased from Fabbrica del Grano within 14 days from the delivery date.

Here's how:

Initiate a return request by sending an email to info@fabbricadelgrano.it. We will respond to your email to confirm the receipt of your request.

In the case of a return or replacement of a Fabbrica del Grano product, please review the following steps:

If your purchase has a label, the product CANNOT be returned if the label has been removed.

Products showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration cannot be returned or replaced.

All returns must include the purchase receipt and be returned in the original packaging.

Place the product you wish to return securely in the original packaging. Put the packaging in a shipping box along with a copy of the return email and the purchase receipt. Ensure that the box is sealed before attaching the shipping label.

The return shipment is at the buyer's expense. The customer will be responsible for insurance and shipping costs.

All returns and replacements are subject to quality control before being accepted. To request a refund, please follow the procedure outlined in the applicable Terms and Conditions.
